Trinity Legal Partners is led by Mr. Subash Bhat, the Managing Partner of the firm. He has nearly four decades of legal experience. He is an expert in litigation, International and National Corporate Advisory, Civil, Commercial and Arbitration Laws, Foreign Investment, Real Estate and Hospitality. He has done multi-million dollar litigations and corporate transactions in India and abroad.

Besides the Government of India, where he was the Senior Central Government Standing Counsel, he has represented, as a litigating counsel, many large Corporations like the National Highway Authority of India, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., National Hydroelectric Power Corporation, National Thermal Power Corporation, J&K Cements Corporation Ltd., J&K Projects Construction Corporation Ltd., The Indian Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) Ltd., Prasar Bharti Corporation Ltd., Vijaya Bank, State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, J&K Industries Ltd., J&K Bank, Steel Authority of India, Trans Asia Steel Tubes Ltd., Asia Group of Hotels, etc.

Having a diverse career, Mr. Bhat has also has been the General Counsel of various large real estate companies in India including DLF India Ltd. (the largest Real estate Company in India), IREO Private Limited (a 5 Billion Dollar Real Estate Fund), Intrepid Capital Partners (USA), HIRCO Private Ltd. (Hiranandani Group) and UK Land Investments Group etc. He was also the Legal head of Indus Towers Ltd., a joint venture of Airtel, Vodafone and Idea Cellular.

Mr. Bhat has also been a scholar of the British Council, the Commonwealth Secretariat and the European Human Rights Commission. He has won numerous accolades in his professional career. He was adjudged the Best Student Advocate of India by the Bar Council of India having also won the best performance award at the First Bar Council of India, Moot Court Contest. He has also studied at the SOAS-School of African and Oriental Studies and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London and at the University of Strasbourg, France.
